END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and the authors of "Eve Williams And The Secret Of The Trunk" ("we", "us" or "our"). This EULA governs your use of the Game, which includes computer software, related media, and online or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Game").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY OR USE THE GAME.

1. license grant. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this EULA. This license is granted to you solely for your use and enjoyment of the Game by us in accordance with this EULA.

2. Ownership. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game or its content. All right, title and interest in and to the Game and all content and materials contained in the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, music and sounds, are owned by us or our licensors. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

3. restrictions. You may not:
Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute or otherwise transfer the Game or copies of the Game to any third party.
Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game or any part thereof.
Create derivative works based on the Game or any part thereof.
Remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices or markings on the Game or any part thereof.

4. Termination. This EULA is in effect until revoked. You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying the Game and all copies thereof. This EULA will also terminate if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy the Game and all copies thereof.

5. disclaimer. The Game is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOOD REPUTATION OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR DELICT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SPIEL, EVEN IF WE OR OUR LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Choice of Law. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules. For all disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company.
